OUR PURPOSE
The People’s Party is a national institution; a collective of like-minded people aspiring to do the right things for the people with greatest respect to the rule of law and governance systems.
People's Party was formed on an anti-corruption platform with its on-going zero-tolerance for corruption policy.
The party's other core policy is in human resource development, championing the free/subsidised education policy in Papua New Guinea.
People's Party traditionally represents the rural majority of the nation and steadfastly follows its motto "Putting People First".
It is a beacon of HOPE to the people; for a healthier, better educated life with higher living standards and abundant with opportunities.

The party takes a sector wide approach, to contribute meaningfully to government, business, civil society and the development of Papua New Guinea which benefits our people.

People's Party Inc. is a Papua New Guinea political party registered with the Office of the Integrity of Political Parties and Candidates Commission (IPPCC). The party was incorporated with the Investment Promotion Authority of Papua New Guinea in 2006. The party is owned by the National Convention which is made up of financial members.
We envision that this party is owned by individuals, families and the younger generation of today.
People’s Party is a political group that is different from others in the way we operate and do business.
We provide true and sound leadership, and encourage members in the Party to be greater role models in the organisation.
The growth and strength of the party relies on how we contribute to manage party operations and keep building the membership of the party.
Since its inception People's Party has been steadily gaining momentum, with a membership that reaches from rural and remote communities to major towns and cities across Papua New Guinea.
It is not just another political party, but an institution, with a set of values and aspirations to be embraced and embodied by the young people of today to carry forward for future generations.
People's Party has thousands of registered members from all four regions of the country.
